Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

U.S. orders over $100 ship for FREE!
Orders below $80 ship for $ 7.95 for priority mail and 4.95 for first class mail.

Standard shipping is USPS (United States Postal Service).

UPS Ground service is $12, free on orders over $200. See some restrictions below.

Orders are shipped USPS Mail or UPS Ground based on your choice during checkout with a few exceptions. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-contigous locations will only be shipped USPS. Also, USPS is the only option to ship to PO boxes or US military/diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
USPS Mail delivers in 1-3 business days but is not guaranteed. Orders to non-contiguous states may be longer.
Orders shipped UPS Ground take 1-5 business days depending on how close you are to us in Texas.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, most within 48 hours. Orders are shipped every day except Sunday and major holidays.

During peak times and sales we may get behind on filling orders. If we get beyond a 48 hour period we try to keep you updated by posting a shipping update on our view cart page.

If your order is urgent please let us know and we will get right on it. Also, please keep in mind that if you order a yard of 25 different fabrics your order may take a wee bit more time than if you order a charm pack!

We can only change or combine orders if notified within 1 hour of the original order. Orders start to get processed and filled often within minutes regardless of time or day placed.

We cannot combine pre-orders with regular store orders.

We may change standard shipping methods at our discretion if a shipment results in oversize charges. This most often would apply to orders that include batting, cutting mats, or other large items.

Return & Exchange Policy

We at Merry's Fabrics strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. In order to maintain transparency and set clear expectations, we have established the following No Return Policy: All sales are final: Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, wrong size or color, or dissatisfaction with the product. Defective or damaged items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or refund at our discretion. Clearance and sale items: All clearance and sale items are sold "as-is" and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions: In rare cases, we may consider accepting a return or exchange for other reasons, such as a mistake on our part or a product defect not covered under the warranty. However, this will be solely at our discretion. By making a purchase from Merry's Fabrics, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our No Return Policy.
